Pure Tours & Excursions

Reservation:
- Reservation should be made at least 48 hours prior to departure date. For urgently reservation, please call 0-7621-1002, 0-7621-7797.

- All reservations shall be subject to seat availability and confirmation by Phuket Pure Travel Service Ltd., Part.

Terms of Payment:
Full payment is due on reservation after seat availability is confirmed. Every payment is non-refundable.

Child Rate:
Child rates are applicable to children 3 - 10 years of age and whose height not exceeding 110 centimeters, except other conditions are specified.

Cancellation Fee:
Cancellation or no show on departure time is subject to charge 100% of prices (no any refund).

Postpone Reservation:
If you want to postpone your schedule, you have to inform Phuket Pure Travel Service Ltd., Part. and check for availability at least 48 hours pririor to departure date. In urgently case, please call 0-7621-1002, 0-7621-7797.

Hotel Transfer:
- Almost all programs include transfer from hotels in Phuket Town and major beaches (Patong, Kata, Karon). Transfer from other areas are subject to extra transfer charge.
- Some programs include transfer from every hotels in Phuket.
- Some programs have no transfer service at all, tourists have to arrange their own transportation.

Extra Transfer Charge:
Rates listed below are extra transfer charge per person:
- Maikhao Beach, Naiyang Beach, Naithon Beach, Airport   +200 baht
- Kamala Beach, Surin Beach, Bangtao Beach   +150 baht
- Naiharn Beach, Rawai Beach, Ka Cape, Panwa Cape   +150 baht
* Rates are subject to change without notice. Exactly extra transfer charge will be confirmed on reservation.

General:
- All tour / program operators reserve the right to cancel their tours / programs / shows without prior notices in case of bad weather conditions. In this case tours / programs / shows will be amended on following dates or full refund to tourists.

- Itineraries / programs can be changed according to weather or tide conditions or other causes without prior notice.

- Personal property of tourists is at their own risk on tours / programs.

- Tourists must accept the risks of taking part in tours / programs. Accident insurance policies are provided, but any valid claims can only be considered within the limits of the stated amount of each tours / programs' insurance policy.
